Coaching & Development
Martyn has over 15 years’ experience providing advice, guidance and support to students and young people. He currently holds a leadership role as Group Head of Learning and Development within the children’s residential and independent school sector.
Through Williams Psychological Services, Martyn provides coaching and development for individuals, professionals and young people navigating change and complexity.
He supports young people aged 14–19 through key transitions, confidence and identity development, including those who are neurodivergent.
Martyn also works with adults, including neurodivergent individuals, who are seeking coaching rather than therapy, offering a practical, forward-focused space for growth, clarity and decision-making.
His approach is grounded in psychological principles and relational practice, supporting meaningful and sustainable development.
