Emma-Jayne Williams

Emma is a Consultant Psychologist and currently Group Director of Therapeutic Services, leading the development and delivery of therapeutic practice across residential care and education services. She has extensive experience working across children’s and adult services and has designed and implemented therapeutic models of care within complex organisational systems.

She has significant expertise in psychological assessment and is an assessor and assessment deputy for the British Psychological Society Qualification in Forensic Psychology. She is also registered on the BPS Expert Witness Register.

Martyn Williams

Martyn is Strategic Development and Coaching Lead with over 15 years’ experience supporting young people and adults, including those navigating transition and complex needs.

He is currently Group Head of Learning and Development, overseeing training across residential care and education services. Martyn is a Proactive Approaches trainer and trauma-informed practitioner, with a focus on supporting individuals and teams to develop practical skills, confidence and reflective practice.
